Ingredients

  • 4 bananas

  • ¼ cup vegetable oil

  • ¼ cup unsweetened almond milk

  • ½ cup light brown sugar

  • 2 teaspoons vanilla extract

  • 2 cup unbleached all-purpose flour

  • 1 teaspoon cinnamon

  • 1 teaspoon baking soda

  • dash of salt

  • vegan chocolate chips (as many as you want!)

Instructions

  • preheat oven to 350 degrees
  • mash 4 bananas in a mixing bowl
  • add the rest of the ingredients to the bowl and mix it all up
  • pour mix into a bread pan
  • top with sugar and cinnamon
  • bake at 350F for 45 minutes
  • serve warm
