1/2 cup oats
1 cup nondairy milk (we used flax milk)
1/2 tsp. matcha powder
1/2 Tbsp. maple syrup or agave
Optional: 2 Tbsp. chia seeds (for thicker consistency)
Instructions
- Mix together all the ingredients in a jar and chill in the refrigerator overnight.
- Wake up—and enjoy!
