Mission: Call Out McDonald’s for Not Having Vegan Options

It’s clear from McDonald’s’ IG that the fast-food chain is trying reeeeally hard to appeal to Gen Z. 🙄 Here’s an idea: If McDonald’s wants to reach us, it should add vegan options to its menu! Let the company know that our generation doesn’t want cruelly produced food that makes the climate catastrophe even worse. 💪

This prob doesn’t come as a surprise, but McDonald’s isn’t vegan-friendly at all. The menu is filled with animal-derived burgers, nuggets, sandwiches, and desserts. Not even the fries are vegan—they contain Natural Beef Flavor (with milk derivatives). 🤦‍♀️

Think about all the animals who suffer for the current McDonald’s menu. Chickens are crammed into tiny cages and slaughtered for their flesh and eggs, and cows are torn away from their loved ones and killed for their flesh and milk. Pigs, fish, bees, and other animals are also harmed in gruesome ways. 🐔🐮🐷🐟🐝😨
