Chocolate Chip Banana Bread

4 bananas
¼ cup vegetable oil
¼ cup unsweetened almond milk
½ cup light brown sugar
2 teaspoons vanilla extract
2 cup unbleached all-purpose flour
1 teaspoon cinnamon
1 teaspoon baking soda
dash of salt
vegan chocolate chips (as many as you want!)
Instructions
- preheat oven to 350 degrees
- mash 4 bananas in a mixing bowl
- add the rest of the ingredients to the bowl and mix it all up
- pour mix into a bread pan
- top with sugar and cinnamon
- bake at 350F for 45 minutes
- serve warm
