‘Snickerdoodle’ Mocktail

2 cups non-dairy milk (we used oat!)
1 tsp powdered sugar
2 tsps agave
½ teaspoon almond extract
½ teaspoon vanilla extract
½ cup coconut cream
2 tsps cinnamon sugar (plus ¼ tsps cinnamon sugar for topping)
Instructions
- Whisk together all of the ingredients or blend them in a blender
- Pour into a glass
- Add froth from the bottom of the mixing container
- Top with ¼ tsps cinnamon sugar
