2 frozen vegan waffles
1 1/2 Tbsp. vegan butter (try Earth Balance brand)
1 vegan sausage patty (we ♥ Gardein or Beyond Meat brand)
1/4 cup maple syrup
Instructions
- Toast the frozen waffles according to the package directions.
- Melt 1/2 tablespoonful of the vegan margarine in a frying pan on medium heat and cook the vegan sausage patty for about 5 minutes.
- Place the patty between the waffles and top with the remaining butter. Drizzle with the maple syrup and enjoy!
